License Agreement

This document, hereinafter referred to as the license, provide for the terms of use of the computer program 'Intemus Runtime' by the licensee: a person, company or institution - hereinafter referred to YOU.
By install the software, you accept this license.

AUTHOR is a licensor and owner of a computer program 'Intemus Runtime'.
The author is the owner of all copyright in the 'Intemus Runtime'.
PROGRAM 'Intemus Runtime' is protected by copyright laws and international conventions on the protection of intellectual property rights.
PROGRAM 'Intemus Runtime' is licensed, not sold.
All files provided by the author with the program are part of the program.

AUTHOR grants to you a non-exclusive license to install and use the program under the following conditions:
1) You have the right to use the program in any country.
2) You have the right to use the SOFTWARE only on the number of computer stations for which the license was purchased.
3) You have no right to use the program in terminal environments.
4) You have the right to use the SOFTWARE only for its intended purpose in this version (version) and configurations (configurations), for which a license has been purchased
Information on the version and configuration, and the purpose of the program is placed in the footnote.
5) You have the right to use the versions of Workstation, Workgroup and Server only after paying for a license
6) You have the right to use the demo version (free) for a period of time for which this version was made available
7) You have the right to use the program for five years from the date of such license fee
8) YOU do not have the right to modify, change the structure, analysis, and use of internal code PROGRAM, its configuration files, and to use the program or its part in another software
9) You have no right to sell, lease or rental PROGRAM, documentation, or copies thereof to any third party
10) AUTHOR is entitled to terminate the license agreement with immediate effect in the event of breach of the terms of the license or if you do not purchase a license on time.
11) AUTHOR is not liable for any damage that might occur due to the use of SOFTWARE, including for any loss of information or losses which are a consequence of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE
12) The program is delivered TO YOU "AS IS" - AUTHOR makes no warranty as to the speed and accuracy PROGRAM
13) In case of doubt as to the terms of use of the program or interpretation of this Agreement, you should contact the author for clarification
